Moon & Myth partners with independent suppliers to curate and bring you the best products. This means the products in our shop are shipped directly from the original supplier to you.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the supplier’s available shipping options, your delivery address, and the items in your cart. Because each supplier sets their own shipping rates, shipping costs may vary by product or order.

Processing & Delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by supplier and shipping method. Any available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery details will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes items from more than one supplier, your items may ship separately and arrive in separate packages. You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Shipping Availability

Some suppliers may not ship to every location. If shipping is unavailable for your address, Shopify will show this at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at admin@moonandmyth.shop with your order number. We’ll help coordinate with the supplier to look into the issue.
